Ideaca Achieves Partner Centre of Expertise Certification from SAP
Calgary, AB, Canada – July 5, 2012
Ideaca, a Canadian based consulting firm that helps customers through a portfolio of management consulting, advisory, implementation and support services, today announced it has achieved Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP. The certification validates that Ideaca’s support organization fulfills the requirements needed to provide high quality support services for SAP-centric solutions in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organizational standards.
To ensure that SAP customers receive the same high quality support, SAP introduced a dedicated PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise) certification, which was made exclusively available for SAP PartnerEdge channel partners providing support for SAP Business All-in-One and SAP BusinessObjects solutions. The certification process reviews a channel partner’s entire support center, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure. Ideaca had to meet three key requirements to qualify for this certification:
- Fulfill the requirements of SAP Enterprise Support in accordance with the SAP support model and is the primary support provider for SAP software
- Support team is familiar with general support operations and have the latest qualifications
- Ability to provide a solid foundational infrastructure, SAP Solution Manager, for end-to-end interaction with customers and SAP
