Mission Hill Winery rolls out Microsoft CRM from Ideaca Knowledge Services
Mission Hill Winery, “the premier wine destination in Canada” has gone live with Microsoft CRM (MSCRM) from Ideaca Knowledge Services to improve overall guest experience.

Ideaca Knowledge Services, a leading Canadian based consulting firm and Gold Certified Microsoft partner, announced today that Mission Hill Winery, the premier wine destination in Canada, has gone live with their implementation of Microsoft CRM (MSCRM).
Based in Westbank, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Mission Hill Winery makes great wines and provides a special place for people to enjoy them. Mission Hill is using Microsoft CRM to track feedback from the thousands of comment cards that they receive weekly from guests attending their wine tours and private functions. Putting this information into a central repository allows Mission Hill to know their customers better and gain the ability to improve the overall experience of their guests.
